This semester-long certificate program provides students the opportunity to learn practical methods and applications through the study of theoretical models and modern international political and social contexts.
Most certificate class sessions are hands-on, case-based, and provide a variety of interactive exercises and opportunities for participation.

3 Credit Elective among the following courses:
Anthropology of Violence and Conflict, Peace Education, Participation, Empowerment and Social Change, International Politics, International Law Cross-cultural Communication in the Workplace, Human Resources Management, Social Psychology.
The International Conflict Transformation certificate courses are offered at the LdM Florence campus and are carried out in collaboration with the University of Florence and the National Conflict
Resolution Center (NCRC).
Based in San Diego, the NCRC has become a national and international voice in conflict resolution after having successfully resolved conflicts for more than 25 years through mediation and negotiation.
